Dultschinas (Parkplatz Talstation - Dultschinas)

The winter hike begins at the parking lot of the chairlift valley station Lescha. First, the path leads to Plattas at 1465 m above sea level.Past idyllic mountain pastures* it continues uphill to Spatla Bella. From here, the path leads practically straight ahead to the chairlift mountain station Dultschinas. Arriving at the end of the hike, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Domleschg and the fascinating mountains of Graubünden. Catering facilities are available at the chairlift valley and mountain stations. You can return to the car park of the Lescha chairlift valley station by chairlift, on foot or by sledge.

*The mountain pasture is a special form of the alp. It is still below the tree line and consists of at least one hut and one stable. The word 'Maiensäss' derives from the month of May, when cattle were first raised; it means 'Maiensitz'. Today, mountain pastures are often popular holiday homes.
