Very nice and quiet apartment in an apartment building above Flims village facing south and wonderful views of Flims and the Signina mountains. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The living room is also the access to the covered terrace and the garden. In the garden you can enjoy the sun in summer and have a barbecue. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for sports enthusiasts, whether hiking, biking or winter sports. Because the slope leads almost to the house, as do the hiking trails. Access to the apartment is via the stairs via the main entrance or the underground garage, where 1 parking space is reserved for the apartment. In the basement of the house there is a ski room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which are welcome to be used. Baby cot and high chair are available on request, but you will need to bring your own bed linen for the travel cot. Unfortunately, smoking or pets are not allowed in this apartment.
