Clemgia – Lai Nair

The route starts at the post office building in Scuol and leads over the high Gurlaina bridge to the entrance of Val Clemgia. Since the entrance to Clemgia Gorge at the Clüs bridge is still closed, the hiking path to Vulpera is followed. At the first houses, turn left behind the carpentry workshop and return back into the gorge. From there, the hiking path leads spectacularly along the Clemgia on partly exposed wooden footbridges and bridges. At the end of the gorge path, the hiking trail had to be newly laid out and now leads through the forest uphill towards Plan da Fontanas. After the ascent, the path branches right, back down to the Clemgia where you cross it for the last time in the direction of Avrona. Then the hamlet of Avrona is crossed before the path leads through the forest on the flank of Piz Pisoc to the picturesque Lai Nair. After Tarasp Fontana, follow the road to the right towards Kurhaus Tarasp. Along the Inn river, it goes back finally to Scuol.
