Circular hike Guschachopf

The circular hike to the Guschachopf begins in the centre of Bad Ragaz on the Valenserstrasse. The route leads along a wide path past waters, a young guardhouse and St. Anne's Chapel. In autumn, it is worth taking a look to the right and left. The probability of encountering mushrooms is high. The last part of the ascent leads via a staircase to the Guschachopf viewpoint. The sunny spot invites you to linger and take a deep breath. The panoramic view reveals many details of the region, such as the Tamina Bridge, which rises above the treetops.

The descent leads mostly on a well-developed hiking trail through the forest. Only a short distance has to be covered on the paved road before you get back on the hiking trail. The hike ends again in the centre of Bad Ragaz.
