Chris S - Landscapes and abstract paintings

Artist Chris S from Eichberg/Eastern Switzerland shows her landscapes and abstract paintings. She was born in 1964 and grew up on Lake Constance. She has exhibited in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Italy and the USA. Chris S began painting at the end of the 1990s, inspired by her father, who worked as a graphic designer and painter and - like her today - also gave part-time painting courses. Watercolor painting quickly became too pale for her, so at the end of 2005 she started painting acrylics. Chris S paints what she feels and not what she sees. Her inner glow, which she experiences when painting, is underlined by her expressive and color-oriented painting. Chris S's exhibition can be seen from December 3, 2023 to March 30, 2025 at the Engadine boutique hotel GuardaVal Scuol.
