Casa il Siemi means dream house in German. The light-flooded eco-wooden house is located in the middle of Luven, in the mountain village and on the Alpine Trail. The accommodation offers two guest rooms - as double rooms or for up to 4 people and 5 people, each with its own shower/toilet room, a large lounge/studio room with luxurious kitchen which can be used for the whole stay at a price of CHF 20.00 (final cleaning of the kitchen flat rate CHF 30.00), a covered seating area, a balcony, a roof terrace with a wonderful view. In addition to a balcony, guests also have access to a roof terrace with great views. There are several places to sit around the house. You will feel at home in the middle of nature and tranquility: sunbathing, fine dining with a panoramic view, relaxation at the village fountain. Coffee and tea are available free of charge throughout the day. The owner, Dora Orfei, will help you to personalize your stay according to your wishes. The house is ideally located for dream winter holidays in the winter sports region Mundaun, Obersaxen, Val Lumnezia. The ski bus takes you next to the house to the Sasolas ski lift (above Luven) and this to the large ski region with 120 km of ski slopes. Or at any time of the year for creative holidays, e.g. for handicrafts. For hikers, bikers - the Alpine route is located at the house and takes you into the Rhine Valley, valleys and mountains - and for paragliding. The thermals at Piz Mundaun are very popular.
