The chapel dedicated to St. John of Napomuk, built in the eighteenth century, stands among a harmonious group of houses on the bank of the river Calancasca.
Beschreibung
The chapel of St. John of Nepomuk was built around 1710-1720 and is located just beyond the Roman bridge, also nicknamed "bridge of friendship". The stone arched bridge that extends over the Calancasca river was part of the ancient valley carriageway, built in 1831 with a crucial economic purpose: to facilitate the transport of precious timber.
