You will be amazed at how quickly you can swap from Ilanz to the quiet mountain world. Only the short, steep section at Crap da Sevgein has a slightly more difficult section. Otherwise, you can move on simple goods or hiking trails and enjoy the fantastic view and nature.
The tour starts in Ilanz, the first town on the Rhine. You walk over the Glenner and through the idyllic village of Sevgein. Then it goes relatively steeply up to Crap da Sevgein. The rigorous ascent is rewarded with an incredible view over the Surselva. Afterwards we continue to the small but fine village of Riein. This is followed by the descent to Sevgein. The route then runs along the river Glenner to Ilanz.

In uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be started. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the hike, you should turn back in time.

Take the cantonal road until just before Ilanz. There via the bypass road into the centre.
From Chur:
A13 to the Reichenau exit and via Flims in the direction of Ilanz.
Parken
Medium-sized paid parking lot at Ilanz train station (only available to a limited extent in the longer term).
There are more parking spaces on the market square in Ilanz.
