Bargis - Fidaz - Flims

The car-free Bargis plateau offers pure tranquillity and enjoyment of nature. Nestled between impressive rocks and mountains and surrounded by forest, you can take a deep breath here and leave everyday life behind you. This leisurely winter hike starts in the high valley and leads from there down into the valley and back to Flims.

As the private access road is not open to traffic, you can only reach the starting point by taking the paid shuttle bus from Flims Post. Once at the top, you can enjoy a picturesque mountain backdrop at over 1,150 meters. From Bargis, the trail first takes you through Val Turnigla to the edge of the forest and then continues along the road. And because so much mountain air makes you hungry, the Fidazerhof in Fidaz is the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat. Here you can warm up and fortify yourself before tackling the last few meters back to Flims.
