Quietly located 3-room apartment for max. 6 people in an apartment building on the 1st floor. Balcony facing south. Windows with shutters. Not wheelchair accessible as stairwell. Outside numbered parking space just in front of the house. The landlady lives in Brigels and can be reached personally on site in case of emergency.

The manageable ski area/mountain railways, the sports facilities (swimming lake, mini golf course, playground ...) and the shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Small pets only on request and additional CHF 50.00 cleaning costs.
Non-smoking accommodation. Wi-Fi is available. Apartment without carpets. On arrival there is a rubbish bag, washing-up liquid/dish powder, kitchen paper and two toilet paper rolls. Snow removal to the front door by caretaker.

When handing over the keys, a deposit of CHF 100.00 per booking must be handed over to the landlady. These will be refunded on departure, provided that no damage has occurred.

On departure, the apartment should be swept clean and the waste disposed of.
