Beschreibung
From the village of San Bernardino you climb the first part of the ski slopes. From the aqueduct area the road leads to a bridge. Continue on the right side of the Ri de Fontanalba. Along the almost flat ridge you get to Pian Lumbrif (1876m). Continue on the right of the stream and reach the Cascina de Vignun. At this point you have to turn slightly north to climb the slope that becomes steeper and steeper in the direction of Foppa del Piz and then in a southerly direction towards the Piz Uccello (2717.7m)
Ausrüstung
Never underestimate the mountain. Even for the easiest tours with seal skins we strongly recommend bringing all the safety material. Shovel, probe, ARVA and possibly the backpack with flotation device should be part of the equipment of every ski mountaineer.
