You hike on a geologically exciting hiking trail, which not only offers insights into the Alpine fold, but also spectacular deep views of the Limmernsee and views of Selbstsanft, Bifertenstock and Tödi.

As a challenging multi-day tour and long-distance hike, the Kistenpass hike can be continued from Andiast over the Panixer Pass to Elm and finally over the Richetlich pass back to Linthal.
