12th National Hiking Day: Hike 1 - Family Hike Pizol

The experience begins at the valley station in Bad Ragaz, where small goat stables point to the Heidi Trail. The 8-seater gondola lift from Bad Ragaz then takes you to the starting point at the Pardiel mountain station. A special experience for children is the ascent with one of the Heidi gondolas. Once on Pardiel, a playground is already waiting for the little guests and a wonderful view for the grown-ups. If you already feel a little hungry or thirsty, you have the opportunity to have a refreshment on the terrace of the Edelweiss restaurant. The hike then starts and leads to Alp Schwarzbüel. On the way you will pass Öhis Geissenweid, the children's Kneipp facility with barefoot path and the Alpruf. After a good half hour arriving on Schwarzbüel, rustic alphorn sounds can already be heard. The popular barley soup or Heidi's sausages are now the perfect refreshment for the hike back to Pardiel.
