Attention: From a certain point you are on an alpine hiking trail. This means that this is more difficult to walk on and in some places loose debris makes the way more difficult.

Anreise Information
The Sentiero Botanico starts at Alp Albertüsc at 2089 m and ends at 2597 m altitude. To get to Alp Albertüsc, you have to follow the road from Poschiavo. By car, the journey takes about 25 minutes.
In Poschiavo you drive in the direction of Spital, then continue towards Cologna. From there, follow the signs for Alp Alberüsc until you reach the parking lot just before the alp at about 2000 m. From here you continue on foot.
To the left of the alp begins the Sentiero Botanico Sasslbo. This is presented with an information board and it initially follows the official "Sentiero". This "Sentiero" leads after about an hour of hiking to the right, towards Forcola di Sassiglion. However, our Sentiero Botanico leads from then on to the left. It is marked here with a small information board. From this point on you are on an alpine hiking trail. This means that this is more difficult to walk on and in some places loose debris makes the way difficult. In addition to the three information boards, the Sentiero Botanico is also marked by stone men in the last section
