Kapelle Maria zum Schnee, Tenigerbad

The vaulted chapel faces south. The chancel is strikingly strongly separated from the nave by an arch that is 1.2 meters lower than the vault. The roof turret stands on a single central post and not on four supports as usual, and therefore fluctuates when ringing. The chapel has two bells. The altarpiece depicts Our Lady and St. Catherine of Siena and shows in the background a view of the old bath with the chapel. In the nave there is a large engraving of the miraculous image of Einsiedeln.
