Hard water - soft stone?

The load of sand transported in the stream slowly grinds the soft limestone with astonishing effect. Over thousands of years, the deep notch was created - visible at the very top of the waterfall. The resulting gorge is considered one of the most difficult and impressive canyoning gorges in the world and can only be safely climbed by professionals for a few days a year.
