Ecstatic Dance Scuol February 2025

We are pleased to be able to offer the first Ecstatic Dance in the Engadine!

Experience this transformative dance event at the beautiful, newly renovated Hotel Palace in Scuol, Nairs. In the midst of the breathtaking mountain landscape of the Engadine, the historic Hotel Palace invites you to move freely and connect deeply.

We will dance in the beautiful Arvensalon, a space that impresses with its cozy atmosphere and natural wood paneling. Let the music carry you away, dance barefoot, without words, and just be yourself. Immerse yourself in a meditative state and enjoy the freedom of expression in a supportive and respectful community.

1. Dance barefoot: Feel the connection to the ground. Socks are allowed, and dance shoes are fine for physical limitations.
2. Dances without words: This will make it easier for you to get into a meditative state. No verbal instructions and no talking during the dance.
3. Dance as you are: Without drugs, alcohol, telephones, cameras. No expectations, no judgments – just be yourself.

Schedule:

• 19:30 - 19:45: Opening Circle
• 19:45 - 21:45: Ecstatic Dance
• 21:45 - 22:00: Closing Circle
